Personal Data: We collect and process personal Data provided by our clients such as name, job title, industry, company details, email address and/or telephone number and any other information relevant to your query. We currently manage this Data via third-party owned CRM system Salesforce™ and finance system Access™. Where we use third-party sub-processors like this, we always do so under a legally compliant data processor agreement to safeguard your Data. We will only otherwise share your Data with a third-party partner if necessary to fulfil your project requirements.
Marketing Data: We do not sell any marketing Data to third parties. We only market our own services based on the following legitimate interests/consent:
• When we have obtained a person’s details during a sale or negotiations for a sale of a product or service;
• When a person has asked or consented to be contacted;
• For marketing similar Amido products or services; and
• Where the person is given a simple opportunity to refuse marketing when their details are collected, and if they don’t opt out at this point, are given a si¬mple way to do so in future messages.

HUBSPOT™
HubSpot™ is a third-party owned tool we use to manage our marketing and external communications. You can unsubscribe from this correspondence at any time via the ‘unsubscribe’ link via the link found at the bottom of the email. Once you have unsubscribed you will not receive marketing correspondence from this list.
CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE: As part of any recruitment & selection process, Amido collects and processes personal Data relating to job applicants. We store applications and CVs for a period of 6-12 months. We use Talentful™ - an external talent consultancy to support our Talent Acquisition function. We may share with them any information you have submitted via the application form on our Website and any applications we receive via talent@amido.com or referrals@amido.com. Locations: The Data that we process is processed and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Physical Data: Physical copies of accounting information that we are required to hold for our references such as receipts, Purchase Orders and Invoices are kept and stored securely for 6 years.
Personal Data: Personal Data provided by our clients (and prospective customers) including names, addresses, contact details, customer relationship information is stored and managed on our CRM system Salesforce™ (referred to above). If necessary this information will also be processed through our accounting system Access™ (as above).

We follow strict precautions to keep your Data safe. As per GDPR best practise, Amido has formulated an internal procedure should a Data breach occurs. In the event of Data theft, we are able to suspend access to our cloud based Data.
If we believe that Data has been significantly compromised, we will report the issue to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
We will notify you without delay of any Data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms. Any notification will describe in clear and plain language the nature of the Data breach and contain all required information.
